Ray Stevens: "Ain't Nothin' Funny Anymore" remains on Amazon's New Releases Top-100...

Hello Ray Stevens fans from all over...and as you can see in the image off to the left the current comedy album from Ray Stevens, Ain't Nothin' Funny Anymore, is still hanging in the Top-50 portion of the Amazon Top-100 New Releases (CDs and Vinyl, Country) this hour. The print may be small for many but it's ranked 47 among the Top-100 New Releases. I may have touched on this in a previous blog entry but if you do a digital music search for Ray's new album on Amazon you'll have to type in Ray's name AND the album's name. If you simply type in Ray's name you're not, for some reason, going to be able to see Ray's new album in the search results. I have no reason why Ray's new album isn't listed on Amazon's digital music page when you do a search for his name...but it's been available for 10 days now and it's still not easily found if you perform a digital music search unless you type in his name and the name of the album. Now, if you do a search for Ray Stevens CDs over on Amazon Ain't Nothin' Funny Anymore is the first item in the search results. Again, I have no idea why the digital copy isn't as easily found in a search result as the compact disc is. For this reason I'm leaving a link to the digital copy of Ain't Nothin' Funny Anymore. Those who want to find the digital copy of the album click HERE. Also, if you want to listen to the new comedy album on other different sites you can click this LINK and it'll list all of the various streaming sites and online music sites that the new comedy album can be accessed/downloaded/streamed, etc. A lot of people choose YouTube or Spotify. Amazon is among the companies listed in the link I provided. There's various ways to hear/purchase Ray's songs. I often just narrow it down to Amazon, YouTube, and his own webstore.

I don't know if Ray is planning any other kind of media appearances for the remainder of the month. He did a lot of activity in the lead up to the album and music video's release. He appeared in a high profile role as a guest announcer on Mike Huckabee's show last weekend; he spoke about the songs on what was then his upcoming comedy album in the online edition of People magazine which got spread around on social media for a couple of days prior to the comedy album being released; and just this past Tuesday he was a guest on the Grand Ole Opry...plus he's been putting on concerts at his CabaRay showroom every Saturday evening since early September. I'm in that anticipatory mood...I'm anxious to see what Ray will be doing next!
